The brothers Edward and Alphonse Elric lose their mother and decide to revive her using alchemy. But all their efforts failed and instead of bringing back their mother, Edward loses a leg and Alphonse loses his body. Alphonse's body is replaced by an armor and Edward’s leg by an automail.
